Coach Evaluation Forms Available on the "Forms" Tab

NOTE:  Before doing E7 background check, you must register to coach in the Grand Junction Soccer Club.  Go to the online registration tab, log in or create and account, then on the registration page, scroll to the bottom and click once on the coach button.  When you have submitted your application, it should take you to the E7 website.  If you are not asked for your credit card for the $8.00 charge, then click here E7 Background Check link .
